i will say good place.

It's a very homey atmosphere. The staff is great, and very excellent. The only slight complaint that parking lot is very cracked toward the back apartments. It's like the back apartments get forgotten a bit. The staff however makes up for that with on time service and being understanding of family situations. I love living here and will continue to do so with my family.

Quiet, relaxed, comfortable - never had a problem while living here. Staff is very helpful and courteous, and quick to help. Could have a better fence around the property though.

How much better does it get. One payment every month includes rent, cable with HBO, and a gym membership. It's convenient to the University, Research Park, and not that far from downtown or Madison.

I've lived in two different buildings in the seven years I've been at the complex and both have been quiet. Never have trouble with any neighbors. While there has never been an issue since the resucue mission has moved to the neighborhood, there is more police presence which makes me feel safer. Management and staff have always been curtious and have solved any issues in a timely manner.
